This weekend a few stations across Europe are QRV, FSQ on 40m. For the most part my station will be up from Saturday morning until Monday morning. Some of that time will be spent fsq portable in the field.
In past weeks we’ve been operating fsq on 30 meters, because there’s a common frequency between Europe and North America. Even so, 40 meters will give us better advantage for regional communications. That doesn’t mean stations other parts of the world shouldn’t activate 40 meters as well. So please go for it!
If you can do nothing else then turn your station on and leave it on for the weekend sounding every 10 minutes, that will give the rest of us stations for our heard list to test an interact with.
FSQ frequency on 40m is 7.044Mhz USB.
