The Saltwater advantage WSPRLite

Greg N4KGL just published an interesting blog. He is hoping to prove or disprove the “mythical” Salt Water Advantage in Radio Comms. The reason this is important is it ties in with the WSPRLite Antenna testing methodology video, I published some weeks ago.
